Hall Availability and Bookings


The Great Baddow Millennium Centre uses the Hallmaster online booking system for its bookings of the Millennium Suite, Park View Room and Tower Room. For Members Bar hire please contact the bar directly


To check the current availability of our rooms or to make a booking request please click here and you will be redirected to our Hallmaster calender.


You are able to make an online booking request from the calendar page by clicking on the + symbol on the date you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time using the Hallmaster system you will be asked if you would like to enter your contact details & a password which will enable you to track your booking status. You can also send a request as a guest if you prefer not to do this.


Once you have clicked on the +symbol, you will need to complete the rest of the booking request form on the Hallmaster site as follows:

Name: This is the name of the event i.e. 40th Birthday Party, Children's Party, Christening.

Start Date/Time

End Date/Time

Recurring Booking: If multiple date are required on a regular frequency please use this option.

Please click on the green Check Availability button. If there is a clash with another booking it will not allow you to proceed.

Activity: Please select from the options given or choose other if your activity is not listed.

Description - If you would like to make your event public, this is where you can give the details that you want people to see about your event.


Privacy Setting:

-Private - default setting means that no details of your booking except the room and times and the label ‘Private Event’ will be shown. 
-Public – contact details hidden means that only the event name & description will be shown on the website.
-Public means that the event name, organiser/contact name, phone number and email address, and the description of your event will be shown on the website.  


Number of People Attending - please give an approximate numbers of those attending

Special Requirements - please use this section for any questions or requests you have for your booking

Terms & Conditions: You must confirm that you have read the Terms & conditions as per the link on the form.


When the booking request has been saved and sent, it will automatically be sent to our bookings office for review. You will also receive a email confirmation of your request from Hallmaster. Your requested event will appear in the online calendar as a Provisional Booking pending confirmation.

The bookings office will review your request, answer any questions you may have had or contact you for further information if required. If the booking is able to go ahead you will then be sent an invoice and a request for a deposit payment.


Once the depoist has been paid your booking will be confirmed and you will then receive a confirmation email from Hallmaster
